Gary Glitter “To Make Hundreds of Thousands” From New Joker Movie | London Evening Standard

Edophile Gary Glitter is expected to “earn hundreds of thousands of pounds” from the new Joker movie.

“Rock and Roll part 2” is played for two minutes during a scene where Joaquin Phoenix dances on a staircase while transforming into the main character.

The film became a smash hit after grossing £ 188million worldwide.

The sun reported that “experts say” Glitter would make “hundreds of thousands of pounds” from the film’s box office success.

Glitter, real name Paul Gadd, is a convicted pedophile.

The 75-year-old is currently serving a 16-year prison sentence for attempted rape, indecent assault and sex with a child under 13.

This is not the first time Glitter has made money from royalties since his first conviction for possession of child pornography in 1999.

In 2013, it was reported that the former pop star had received an estimated £ 1million in royalties, as well as £ 200,000 for copyright infringement, from the track ‘Hello’ by Oasis in 1995.

It contained the lyrics “Hello, hello, it’s good to be back” from the 1973 Glitter song “Hello, hello, I’m back”.
